Disapointing experience regarding the repair of a stereo amplifier.
This business takes a $66 upfront fee from customers promising identifying the problem and a costing of repairs required. I was assure the $66 would be deducted from any repairs undertaken. This is a fair charge if this is what is provided by the business. On paying the $66 the business did not identify that ant repair would be dependent on receiving instructions from the manufaturer on how to find the problem. After having left my amplfier with this business for 3 weeks, the business was unable to obtain instructions on how to identify the problem. The business did not refund the $66. I still have an ampifier that doesn't work, I don't know what is wrong with it, and I'm $66 poorer.
