Firstly, the tradesman was over three hours late without even a courtesy call to let us know. When he did turn up his attire was questionable. He looked like he just rolled out of bed. His jeans had rips back and front, they were dirty and his t-shirt had stains as well as fairly large holes and was frayed. As far as the job he did for us, not only did he leave us with an out of tune TV, we lost all surround sound except out of one speaker. He didn’t clean up after himself at all. That is our fault for not checking before he left. When I tried to contact him about the problem it took numerous tries to get hold of him as there was no answering service on either of the phone numbers. After the second day we contacted another local company who were very prompt and professional. So this debacle we had to pay for twice, not ideal when you are on a budget.
