I have had a security gate installed by Anti-crime.
I found them courteous, efficient, helpful, very reasonable & competitively priced.
Will be getting them back to rehang the security doors that were hung by a handyman and to upgrade all my locks, windows and alarm system.
Happy to recommend them.
Came to my house to change some passage set door handles to privacy sets and not even have all tools and seem like didn't know what staff was doing.
Initially when I spoke to them i asked if they could come over to look at the door handles and provide a quote but they refused as it was a waste of time for them to come out but instead gave a quote over the phone.
Seemed ok over the phone and their price was reasonable, I went ahead and got them to come over. Big mistake. Wasn't even able to take off 1 of the 3 handles that needed replacing and said that come back tomorrow with the rights.
Don't understand why didn't bring all the tools in the first place!!
Would not recommend to anyone.
I asked them to leave and not come back anymore!

I'm surprised to find such a negative comment about your experience. How many business will come out to quote on such little jobs?
It would not be cost effective and I suspect the time to do that would be more than the job is worth.
I think the fact the worker was prepared to come back to complete a job for such a client is an indication of the integrity of the service provider. Most wouldn't have bothered and been prepared to cut their losses because I'm sure a second visit would have made that the case..
