Bought a breitling watch here in 2012. It ran ridiculously fast to the point I had to set the time every four or five days. I called and was told that was normal but I insisted it come in for service. I was told they would pay the postage and the return however after I sent it in and it was serviced, I was told there was nothing wrong with it and they wouldn't compensate me. After it came back I haven't had to fix the time once. So, first they sold me a watch that wasn't serviced to keep proper time, then they serviced it but insisted I pay for the postage.
Seriously bad customer service, I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase from this store! Dodgy.

As the tone of the conversation gradually became increasingly hostile. At that point, I had heard enough and walked out. There was no attempt from them to even TRY to be courteous, accommodating or ...read more

Six months later, the same watch was returned to Antiquorum for repair as it had stopped ...read more
