Very unprofessional practice, avoid at all costs. I originally had an appointment for wisdom tooth extraction in early December 2013, which was rescheduled to late December 2013. This appointment was then rescheduled again to January 14 which again was again rescheduled to the end of January on the 26th. You guessed it, they rescheduled me to the 24th of February at 9.00am AGAIN. OKAY all good, I get a call on the 22nd to say that they can't do it at 9:00am and need to move it to 12:00pm same day. OKAY no problem. I was instructed to take Temazepam and 2 panadols one hour before the surgery, so I take it at 11:00am. Guess what, I get a call at 11.10am from Receptionist saying that "there was no surgical gowns" and that they would need to reschedule again because my surgery would not be going ahead. ...read more
