The Anxiety Treatment Clinic offers evidence-based clinically proven services to help people suffering from Anxiety, Stress and mental health issues. We work with our clients to understand what has prompted their concerns (initial sensitising event) and how this has taken hold and most importantly, we teach people the skills they need to overcome and manage Anxiety and Stress to lead fulfilling and enriching lives. This is an appointment only practice, we offer a safe and comfortable environment for our clients to relax and openly express their feelings and concerns.
