Pros: The nice view when you're running on the treadmills but is this a plus? The location of the gym is more suitable for a cafe to overlook the bay at rest instead of the opposite.
Cons: The gym is small, there is no area to bench press unless you go inside the squat rack, I paid $20 for a casual entry and that is expensive comparedto the $5 I pay at other gyms, furthermore the machines are cheap and some don't target your muscle independantly allowing muscular imbalance. This can be seen on the chest press or the leverage lat pull machine are cable operated which are only good for novices since the machine does all the balancing and support, you may end up making individual muscles stronger and leaving other muscles weak.
