Good value gym. Nicely set up with two levels - cardio machines on top floor get a good view while you work out. All machines nicely spaced and all in working order. Parking can be tricky in this busy area.

I was greeted by a delightful and friendly lady who was clearly a Personal Trainer and regular gym goer! I went to the club at peak time Monday night and found it to be pleasently quiet and not too much pumping music and noise. The gym had oodles of equipment with a definite lean towards free & fixed weights equipment and a few bulky looking guys working out gave me the distinct impression that this was a serious gym.



My only critizism would be the green and purple colours of the walls which made for an eerie feel and did not pump me with energy. I wanted to see fresh bright colours and an airy clean and vibrant amosphere.



However a good size and very spacious.
