I came to Anytime physio after breaking my collarbone playing rugby. Doctors told me I wouldn't be able to play for 4 months. However thanks to the great care, follow-up, and advice I got there I was (safely !) back on the field 2 months and a half later ! Adrian really cares about your objectives and suggests exercises accordingly. if you have any question about these exercises, he always answers them very quickly ! I wholeheartedly recommend Anytime Physio, Adrian not only healed my shoulder but also boosted my confidence, both weren't easy after such a painful/traumatic accident.
