Going to the ANZ in Southland to finalise my property banking, I felt like I was a naughty child in the principal's office in the way I was treated. Firstly, I went in and was greeted by a member of staff who asked me how he could help me and to take a seat in the waiting area. All good at that point. After a few minutes, he asked me to approach an employee's desk to sit down to be assisted with my financial needs. I went to her desk and waited as she was looking down. She then held up two fingers and says tersely, 'give me two minutes.' to which I replied that I was doing what I was asked to do and I had been told to go to her desk. I was informed to sit down again in the waiting area. As I walked away she looked at her colleague sitting next to her and gave her what could be described as an eye-rolling look. ANZ have given me a great deal of information to help me with my Savings, Loans & investments.

I have had predominently positive dealings with them & believe they provide better service than the other banks I've had dealings with.
