The new management have really made a turn around and the new staff have been really friendly and professional too.

The only downside is that the service potentially can be slow during peak times.

I forgot my card at home so I went in to take some money out of my account, which they said they could not do because my card is old? I've ALWAYS taken money out of my account whenever I forgot my card! They then crapped on about changing my card/account to a newer one which i said I don't have time to do all that today as I was on my lunch break and just wanted to get some money to buy lunch! The staff are incompetent at their jobs and why would there be only 1 teller during rush hour.
