I have only just changed all our accounts to ANZ I am happy with the service so far, they are always friendly and quite helpful. I agree with the other comments on the take a number and wait, I am not to fussed on that. The last few times I have been there I waited for quite a long time and they were not very busy at all. #reviewtowin
I feel like I'm at the RTA! They have this stupid "take a number" thing similar to the RTA and you sit there for ages just for a simple transaction like withdrawing money or depositing a cheque. I avoid going in there as much as possible.
I agree...the waiting system is crazy, not only that the ANZ bank will not drop their Business loan rate, making it very very difficuilt for small business to survive. We are paying around $25,000.00 more a year than we were when we took on the loan, that money could be better spent on improving the business and employing someone - talk about helping the economy! Bad bad banks!!
