This ANZ is nestled at the corner of Barrack and Clarence - two streets down from busy George St where nearby banks such as Bankwest and Westpac have branches. The environment here is sparser, less busy but don't get me wrong: it's still the CBD so the queues do add up. I am writing to review the service experience at the non-teller section. I had dealt with the branch manager here on a term deposit matter, and also when an error came up on my account. The manager, a lady, was excellent, professional and worked hard to resolve the issues. Basically, I found this approach and her customer service attitude highly commendable and a credit to ANZ. I would not hesitate to enter this branch again, as the trust in the management capabilities is key to a happy customer resolution. Cheers, ANZ Barrack and Clarence!
