Opening on the already busy Pitt St is a newly purpose-build ANZ building together with a retail branch to serve its customers in the area. Although this brand new ANZ branch spans across two floors, the space is actually quite small, a reminiscence of the old and cramped office but with newly decorated insides.
My experience at this branch wasnt a smooth one. Upon entering, you are greeted by the ticket machine which told me to go to level two for account-related inquires and to speak to a representative.
