this bank failed to send access cards and claimed they got lost in the mail,i contacted the support team at the bank and they could not give a reasonable explanation.very poor service and not family friendly

this bank needs new management ,I started 2 accounts for my nieces only to be closed and restarted ,they failed to request access cards until 6 days later when I had to do it after requesting them when I started the accounts, cards yet to arrive after I was told I would receive them on the 3 /8/ 15,service at this bank is unacceptable.worst bank ever.i would rate this bank a zero
