Disappointed with their service. I called the Balaclava branch phone number (03) 95258011 several times, but the staff never answer my call. I had to leave a message. I tried to call 131314 and it get me to a call centre office. Express cheque deposit envelope processed in two full working days, really frustrated me since they said that they do not process the cheque in the Bank branch but forward it to a Facility service in Richmond. The ANZ bank need to improve their service.
