Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a deposit hereon behalfof a chrity and had to listen to a tirade about how I had the "wrong" deposit book. The book had come from WA.When I said that I was going to open an account with ANZ but wouldn't because of the teller's attitude she changed her tune.
I opened an account online and had to attend thos branch to provide ID. At the time I was told I wasn;t eleigible for the account. It had to be opened and then closed. After checking I found out I WAS eleigible. Wrong information was provided (I think by the same person who may be the manager).
General experience with ANZ is poor. This branch is typical.
