Security guard is very uncomfortable to be around, especially if you are female

I went there today and was waiting to update my I d for 1 hour and couple of people came after me and thy knew someone or their other they just went in and talked directly. So, I felt like discrimination.
After that I ask one of the staff when I my turn came I asked them is it so if you know someone then you will be assessed first ?? They said it not so but we will take care..

This is Footscray branch!!! So if you know some one you will be assessed fast in there ok
So , better make some contacts
Otherwise you have to wait and wait and wait until they finish....
