No concierge, broken down kiosk ticketing system, long wait lines, unhelpful staff working creating a a dark cloud of energy where it feels like everyone is dreading this experience. One of the worst ANZ branches.

there's always a wait at this branch, no concierge like CBA. There is never enough staff working not to mention that their ticketing machine breaks down so there isn't an order of first in first to be assisted. I only need to get ID for the work business accounts, been here for already half an hour, no progress.

Mixed feelings about this particular branch. In the past i've always found anz bank to be the pillar of customer service. When hoping to recieve advice regarding opening a business account, i left quite unsatisfied. I felt as though the rep was trying to sell me something. When i decided that particular account wasn't for me, i wasn't offered any other service and so i left empty handed. Upon the second meeting with the bank however, both tellers and reps were most helpful
