Incredibly rude, sighed when they answered the phone and rudely answered my questions in a loud tone with and attitude like I was stupid for not knowing the answer myself. I'm changing banks after this incident

They never answer their branch phone, and when they finally do it was like I had interrupted the staff's afternoon nap. When at the tellers and face to face they are awesome

What can you say about banks? , ANZ is in good location , has recently modified enterance for wheelchair access, friendly staff, Only "gripe" is during busy times , usually lunchtime there is a bit of a wait in the cue, need to address this as it seems to happen everytime i go in during my lunch break.
