Thanks to this incompetent bank I am stuck in Vietnam with no money because their travel cards don't work. Card services for ANZ simply have thrown their hands in the air saying, "well all good at our end". Never had worse emergency assistance. Going back to Wespac after I work out how to survive over here with NO MOBEY! ANZ ruined my holiday!!!!!
A bank in the middle of a shopping centre that is very quick and organised! Staff a very nice and ask a few questions to get to know their customer better and offer good advice for your everyday accounts.
Plenty of seating after you grab your number to wait in line and the turnover is pretty efficient.
Not big on the business side - they had a staff member serve us who openly admitted she didn't know to much and could only help us with a few things. Other than that, for personal banking they are fantastic.
I will surely continue to use them for my everyday personal banking!
