Bad experience. Highly rushed and did not follow all our instructions.
DJ provided played 4 songs out of our close to 100 song playlist.
Wedding cake was thrown out along with gift boxes instead of giving it back to us.
Several things lost on the boat and nothing returned and no mention of it being found including a thank you gift to an attendee.
Also, our candle holders we paid for and provided were never returned. In addition, we provided 4 boxes of scotch(24 bottles) and only around 4 bottles were drunk. We were only returned 1 box.
staff rude and difficult to deal with when you get close to the wedding.
We are trying to speak to a manager or business owner but staff refusing to contact us back.
In conclusion, my experience with AO cruises has me feeling like I spent over $20k for a bad experience.
