*Provide Section 109 and 26 Certificates, Inspection of records, Certificate of Insurances, Copies of By-Laws on written requests
*Consulting advice to owners, executive committee and developers
*Assist contractors with compliancy for carrying out work on common property
*Update strata rolls, receipting section 118 and 46 certificates from solicitors
*Send information to new owners of schemes
*Provide meeting room for general meetings and executive meetings
*Obtaining reports on behalf of Owners' Corporation
*Facilitate drafting and registration of by-laws
*Newsletters
*Attend to incoming and outgoing mail

Financial Management:
*Budget preparation
*Facilitate 10 year sinking fund plans
*Distribute levy notices, collection, receipting and banking
*Process and pay owners corporation/associations expenses
*Prepare and distribute financial reporting
*Reconcile bank accounts monthly
*Invest owners corporation/association funds
*Provide on line communications and payment systems
*Levy arrears collection
*Office of Fair Trading audit annually
*Facilitate Business Activity Statements
*Prepare and process data for income tax returns

Building Management:
*Annual inspections and reporting with photos
*Onsite inspections for major works, insurance claims, by-law breaches
*Issue of work orders to approved contractors
*Obtain quotes for repairs and maintenance and replacement works
*Notifications to occupiers on request
*Lease with owners and executive committee on works in progress and completed
