Apex Automatic Transmissions

Don't go to this place. I went in there to get a RWC, knowing there is nothing wrong with the car, however they decided to try to charge me over $1100 to fix a couple of leaks, which I don't believe exist. I have checked the car since, and can't find the leak they're speaking about. Don't go near this place!!

Close location to work so I thought I would take the car for a service. Had a phone call detailing that other work was need and the $350 service will now be about $1500. Foolishly I said yes, only to pick up the car to find total charges were over $1800! for a 2007 territory. No apologies or recourse. To top it off they then put their awful sticker on the back of my boot. they need free advertising, due to poor communication. avoid big time.

After taking our vehicles to Apex for the last 5 yrs for regular services and having no issues and excellent service....the last service has made us lose all faith in this business. We thought it was unusual that the service indicator had not been reset and after driving the vehicle locally, to and from work, a 40km round trip for 3 months, and it started to overheat we decided it was time to investigate. We found that the coolant and oil levels were dangerously low, as if they hadn't been touched in 12mths!!!!! After calling Apex and pointing these things out politely, we were informed that it must be a leak. There were no signs of a leak AT ALL, no patches on the garage floor or spray marks/drips/stains in the engine bay, or funny smells indicating burnt coolant or oil. My car came back from the workshop with a HUGE dent on the driver's side.



My words of advice, DO NOT GO TO APEX AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS IN MILTON! AND TAKE PICTURE OF YOUR CAR BEFORE HAND!

Went to Apex for convenience as they are close to work. Might look for a little less convenient but a little more professional.
