Id like to recommend them, but I cant. We ran out of pavers for our job, about 1.5SQM too short. They wanted to charge us the cost of 2 people (Over $500) to do the small job. They didnt even want to meet us half way or help to get the job done.
Its not customer service, its just another example of sydney tradesman out to help no one but their pocket.
Just a follow up to this, we got in contact with them and they agreed to return to finish the job for a smaller fee. I tried to schedule them in but they mentioned they needed 2 workers to do the 'french pattern' it would take weeks. I asked them to schedule a date and they didnt even bother to call me back. In the end, i did the job on my own, someone who has never paved before. So much for needing two people huh? Dont bother, once they get your money they are as good as gone. Poor service
All good - I was impressed at how prompt and quick to respond Nader was. I asked him to come to the site for a quote and he was on time to the minute. The quote was acceptable and the work was done without fuss and there's no way I could have done it myself in the time that was taken. I'm very happy, it was a hassle-free job and I wish I'd asked him to sort it out months ago!
