Would not go near these guys. Went for a safety cert and they took 3 hrs to come up with non existent safety issues for $1,000 which included useless things like washing down the engine! Notice how they ask for your number 'incase' they need to contact you for work needed to be done instead of giving a time frame. They know they'll find something give you a call and you will say yes without thinking about it. I will be going elsewhere. Good luck to them.
Well not a place to go if you looking for proper work to be done considering my two expeiences. First time on a service had to go back twice once the ac wire they forgot to put it back and then wheel cap was not on right. The repair is done somewhere at the back where you have no idea who does what but there is a glitzy office up front. Second time was a horror with me being forced to pay for a mistake of their workmen. I went in for a normal service, come out and the management tells me my reverse lights are all out which did surprise me as I faced no such issue but they convinced that my lights were gone so had to fork out for replacing all the bulbs then when I drive it back its all gone out so I take it back and am told probably they didnt check it well so then I am told some other equipment worth $80 is faulty and this time when I made it a point there was no fault at first I was forced to pay for the bulbs and the $80 for them to give the car back no apologies or ...read more
someone hit my car from behind on Milton Rd and broke the light & bumper.took the car to this shop. didn't care that much as it was a cheap car but got surprised by good job they had done. perfect color match on the bumper and firm bumper installation.
bad thing: A finger print of car's paint was left on interior cloth of the door. not too bad yet!
I got some non-insurance work done recently by Apex - front bumper replaced, front and rear painted and a couple of minor touch ups on an Audi A3. I was quite hesitant who to go with - the work was cosmetic and not the result of an accident so the decision was mine not an insurer's. I'm quite particular and I've found most work done by smash repair shops in the past on friends and families cars to be of fairly poor quality. Overall I'm pleased with the result of their work. The paint had extremely few inclusions (a sign of good filtration in their paint booth and a clean drying area) and was a good colour match. It wasn't pefect - there was some build up on corners and some very minor imperfections but none that were too obvious - wouldn't be noticed by 90% of people and wouldn't affect resale of my vehicle. Customer service was excellent and my car was ready ahead of time. I would recommend this company to friends based on my experience.
