Very unhappy with the service and quality of the hair. It was extremely coarse and thick like wire, which went very knotty. I was told by my hair dresser it was Chinese hair which is nothing like my fine hair and that was no in the right direction. I did express my dissatisfaction but it fell upon deaf ears. In the end i just gave up. Hundreds of dollars down the drain i really could not afford to throw away ... not my luck i guess :((
Horrible experience! - this hair and service is the worst experience of my life - hundreds of dollars down the drain and my hair absolutely mutilated - don't go here - They appear to have no idea what they're doing - and no they're not trained in any way shape or form - ask for yourself! then if you try to complain they have a text message they obviously got saved on their phone - to send to every unhappy customer absolving them of any wrong doing.
