Frank is the best in what he does. He is a tradesman extraordinaire. Even though i didn't buy the air con from him, he was very helpful with my sizing inquiries. He was always professional, on time, very tidy and always eager to answer any questions i have. He took time in installing my split type air conditioner and explained the different functions. He was very honest. Yes, they are not always the cheapest option but they are the best in what they do. You get what you paid for.
Best of all, he volunteered to fix ( together with his electrician ) my non working ducted aircon free of charged which 2 previous tradesman cannot fix.
I highly recommend Frank and his company. Me and my wife couldn't thank him enough.
