Rodent poo everywhere, no lock on door & aggressive owner.
The first room I was offered had rat/mouse poo on the bed. Never have I been so disgusted. There was also no lock on the door. The most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have travelled throughout Australia, Europe and Asia.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service. I booked a family size room accommodating five people for two nights. The room was alright on the exception that the floor wasn't vacuum (there was a dead bug on the floor and some rubbish still visible on the carpet) (I did remind them to vacuum when we left for sightseeing), the face towel was used (I asked the receptionist for extra towel as we had five people, but they didn't do anything about it) and there were two live cockroach in the ...read more
