Apple Conveyancing P/L

I was referred by a family member and had a great experience. Our settlement was completed last week and all paperwork was sent out with plenty of time to spare. Their staff are very knowledgeable, and fees are all inclusive so work out a lot cheaper in the end than other companies who quoted us base rate plus extras.

Stay away, we had such a bad experience and can't believe they are still in business. Our experience, the section 32 where 1 weeks late which meant we couldn't take offers even when we gave 3 weeks notice. When we sold we had the section 27 signed by the buyer so we could get the deposit so we could by another house, after non stop chasing and call backs when promised had to speak to the bank and it was a minor issue they would have picked up or resolved had they followed up, it took 60 days to get the deposit which was a day before settlement. It was just no call backs or response the entire time, a week before we even had the real estate and other parties chasing them and us, we weren't sure if they were still in business or it was even going to settle. Lucky the day before she finally turned up and it was ok however we couldn't buy a new house as we didn't have a deposit. I called this Apple Conveyancing in Scoresby and got forms emailed out. I faxed these forms back first thing the next morning triple checking the fax number and got a fax confirmation. Two days later (first thing in the morning) i called to see how it was progressing and was told they would call me back. I called them back back at 4pm as they had not returned my call only to be told they dont have my fax. My finance company faxed them on the same day and also obtained a fax confirmation and they didn't have that fax either. This has now set the sale of my house back 2 full days. After i cooled down i decided to call them to advise them i would not be using their services only to get a reception staff that gave the tone that they don`t care. The customer service is bad let alone losing important documents. If they couldn't get the basics right i didn't want them taking on such an important task for me.
