Apple Store Chadstone
Worthless store. It is down the value of Applle. Rude manager. Not proper service. Poor service. Not focus on the customers who has complain. When you buy something they behave like a teddy and when you have a complaint and you go they behave like a tiger. I give 0 star.
Fantastic, I had been given the run around at the apple store Doncaster where I had experienced extremely poor service. I took my business to Chadstone Apple where I was served immediately by a very knowledgeable staff member who was able to take my order, make recommendations, chat politely to my child and get me out of the store in time for an appointment I had.
If you can get there during the week during business hours, it's still busy but a little less insane than the weekends. I made an appointment to see someone about my iphone issues and then had a macbook pro session which was impressive. I'm still undecided whether I will get one or not as it's expensive, especially if you're looking for the high-end specs.
It seems the whole world pauses in wait for announcements about new specifications and products! I returned once again, this time to see the Ipad Pro 12.9" and it's a beauty! I decided to see if it really could be a laptop replacement. They keyboard might take a little getting used to and the logitech is slightly larger. The staff is always so helpful! Apple products are a big outlay, so get as much information as you can!
