Apple Store Charlestown

This was the second that I visited the store and planning to purchase the new iphone xs. Every time i enter the store i find the staff busy chatting with each other. To the management please be informed that you are paying your staff for doing nothing. I’ve been to other apple store and rhe moment you enter the store you will automatically be be attended to and be informed if tou need to wait foe few minutes. In this particular store, I think I have to give -1 if there is an option foe that. Your customer service is POoR.. i will not purchase nor come to your store again! NEVER..

Waiting for service at the "Genius Bar" is disgusting .
Was told it would be a fifteen minute wait, only to see other customers come and go, before anyone came to see if I needed assistance. 50 minutes later!!!
