I had a bad experience, because my battery was successfully changed but they gave me back my phone with dust between the screen protector and the glass screen .
The manager said , « its because we use high pressure »
I don’t know what is it, but Apple should be more professional and give us back a cleaner phone .
So I have now a screen protector with dust and bubble inside and a dirty phone.
If they don’t have the time to make a proper work , they can stop it .
I went in on the 13/09/19 around 3pm and it wasn't busy at all. I walked in and stood at the front as 3 of the staff members just stared at me as if I was from another planet.

Worse customer service I have ever seen in an apple store... I went 5 times in one year and every time you ask the staff for something most of them are free and toalking between themselves but they tell you to wait. For broken device staff will tell you to wait for 2 hours for technician and then will tell you to come back the next day because it s too busy.
Very poor customer service. I went in to buy an iPad charger and was told to wait by the Chargers for someone to come and help me within 5 mins. 15 mins later no help and no one willing to listen when I asked for assistance. So many frustrated customers through the store so it want just me! Going to go somewhere else to buy the Charger.
