Great staff – but there is a wait here, even when I have an appointment.
I’ve been here twice now with an appointment, and I would be waiting 15-20 minutes. The wait was a bit annoying as I was on my lunch break so did not have too much extra time.
However the staff are very helpful
These people are truly amazing. I can honestly say, I've never experienced another company with such a high level of customer service and a genuine "care" for their Apple community.
The team is friendly, knowledgable and genuine, and has been a big reason for myself, my friends and my family never even looking at changing our devices to a competitors model, even if they are cheaper.
They products are high class and quality and so are the staff. Always a great experience!
CHATSWOOD APPLE STORE - worst service from Manager who has no authority. Unable to help with problem created by store. Incredible that a manager has no authority and did not know where to find specific University pricing? Left store highly dissatisfied. We were able to goggle correct pricing and went directly to another VERY HELPFUL Apple store where we purchased the computer. Problem easily solved but not by the powerless CHATSWOOD Store manager!
Staff were fabulous!! Whilst it was a long arduous task to get an appointment in walk in, one hour wait from time of booking, thirty minutes at Genius Bar until being attended to. They do have super efficient and friendly and knowledgeable staff and my situation with a faulty phone was resolved with ease.
