Apple Store

I do business with Hornsby Apple's business team and really appreciate the real person customer support they supply. Not only do they give me a better deal on my purhases but they also recently organised for a prompt upgrade after a computer I purchased was replaced by a new model shortly after purchase. Dealing with your local Apple store business team, such as the one in Hornsby, is the best way to buy from Apple if you're running a business.

Terrible customer experience from an Apple Store. Never had any support issues with any Apple product that I owned in the last 9 years before but this was a big shock. Apple refused to replace the faulty hard-disk that was inside my iMac since day one without charge even though they knew about it and did not let me know. Talking to the Store Manager did not help. I now complained to Fair Trading and NCAT. Do not go to this store.

This is a fantastic open and sleek Apple store. You would expect to find it in the city - not little old Hornsby Westfiedl! Typical or Apple the mall-facing wall is full glass and they have plenty of laptops, iphones and ipads for guests to play around on. They also stock a basic range of covers and accessories. Staff are friendly and helpful.
