Apple Store

The worst customer service I have received at the Apple Store was in Penrith, New South Wales.

I came in with the intention to ask about a replacement of the faulty accessory - in particular, the Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack dongle ($12.00! OH NO!). This would be the second time that I would have to replace the Lightning to 3.5 mm headphone jack only 6 months after using it. Arrived 10 minutes early to check in for a Genius Bar appointment and got told to grab a coffee and go make myself busy for 10 minutes and come back. I didn't have a problem sitting down and waiting patiently for my appointment for a mere 10 minutes as you can't get much done in that short space of time, poor customer service from the Penrith store.

This is my local Apple Store and its always a treat to come and check out the latest gizmos when I'm walking around Westfields Penrith. Never had an issue with the service here, been looked after plenty of times within a timely manner.

The store offers the full range of apple products, plus accessories. Unfortunately some parents feel the need to drop their children off here when they are shopping, to leave the kids to play and get the grubby hands on all the devices. Surly Apple staff can move these kids on.
