Yesterday afternoon It was extremely nice of Mandy to speak to Leon on my behalf so I could get some screws for the bottom case of the MacBook Pro 15" 2012 sent out to me by Andrew from Apptech in Mount Waverley so I won't have to go to the Apple Store in Doncaster since I have a leg discrepancy.

many of people know apple store to buy apple product, but less of them know that apple store give free courses of all the software, application, photography, icloud, how to use apple product to the maximum. you just need to book the class, everyday the subject is different. Oh.. and if you need to repair something or check you iphone, mac, etc, is better if you make an appointment first and come on time, dont come early as well, cause they will ask you to wait downstair, u cant wait inside the genius bar area

While staff are always pleasant, they're not always great at finding solutions. I wanted to pay for a business account item by direct deposit... too hard. I understand you have modern streamlined ways to do everything, but sometimes actually finding solutions for the buyer that suit them is also important.

I have ordered a few items from the online store and picked them up here. Regardless of the value of items I had ordered, the staff are always delightful, personable and on hand to answer any questions. The pick up of the items is seamless as you can show the ordered item from passbook on the iPhone.

On Wednesday 30th December 2015 I purchased an Apple Watch Sports 38mm Space Grey Aluminium Case with Black Sports Band from The Good Guys in Nunawading so I could see the time and use it for exercising as well also there are heaps of Apps on the watch as well.
