Appalling customer service. They dry cleaned a white flower girl dress for me and must have washed it with other clothes that weren't the same colour. The dress was changed from white to a dirty grey colour. I have spoken to two staff members regarding this, one was the management! Both staff were very rude and refused to accept responsibility. They have told me they have dry cleaned the dress a second time, and the colour has dulled back from a very obvious grey, to a very dirty off white colour. The management will still not accept responsibility, has not apologised and is extremely rude to deal with. I have asked for them to either fix the mistake or replace the dress. They won't do either. What dumbfounds me is that rather than listening to their customer, taking ownership and offering to correct it or refund the cost of the dry cleaning, they did the total opposite.
