Standard of academic and professional knowledge is poor and the system is frustrating for students.
Hi, Applied Education prides itself on our student support, up to date courseware and our experienced trainers and assessors in the Bookkeeping and Accounting industry. You are encouraged to contact us directly so we can assist further as this is not our normal student experience.
I found the support & communication extremely disappointing. I originally enrolled with A.E. on the understanding that there was face-to-face communication in Brisbane if required.
Mistakes throughout the study material, many unclear instructions in the assessments and feedback (for reattempt on assessment) was frustratingly cryptic.
For me, the catalyst was when I finally had a different assessor review one of my submissions (3rd attempt). They stated they they would have marked it as correct because there are alternative ways the Task could be done, the assessor in charge of that unit does it a different way. I transferred the completed units to a different education institute and will never recommend Applied Education.
