Had been to parlor today.it was the worst experience ever.These people are unprofessional as they shout in the parlor like i felt i was in fish market and laugh and chat as they never care for other customers.They cut my upper lips and never asked sorry instead they went back to their own work.I was regular customer of old management but definitely will not be going back again until this management changes.They looks so scary.its better to avoid it.

Today I wwent there first time and the service was s**t.staff is very unprofessional and rude. I have facial and eyebrows done they gave me so many cuts on my eyebrows nd spoil the shape. Nd they dont let my face pack to dry nd wipe it off..totally wastage kf money

Horrible and terrific experience. I had been here to get my eyebrows and underarms done.The staffs are unprofessional and untrained. The staff who did my eyebrows did not shape it proper and thinned my eyebrows to very awkward shape. Other staff who did my underarms has made my skin to peel off, causing allergic reactions.When i was told the staff that my underarms were hurting, they unprofessionally replied Underarms will get better in one night time and they left room in a hurry. Will never go to this place again.

I have just visited the saloon and the service was fabulous. The staff was very friendly and told me how to style my hair to suit the structure of my face. They showed diplomacy and empathy by providing me with a glass of water when I started coughing due to sore throat. The staff members reflect the high morale of their company. The price was reasonable and definitely value for money! ( P.S: Their interior deco is very relaxing). :)
