The team at Aptus were efficient friendly and got the job done in no time. I had a concealed leak underground and thanks to this expert team they fixed the problem with no dramas. Scott came out and checked the site and his team of tradies carried out the work in a proffessional timely manner. Highly recommend this company.
Highly recommend Brett and his team. Competitive pricing for a semi-major job digging up and replacing some old sewer pipes. Brett even went a step further and arranged to repair some concrete edging that was inadvertantly damaged by the excavator during the job, which not many other plumbers would have done. Top stuff.

I called Brett from Aptus Plumbing 12 months ago after being stuffed around with a different plumber and they sending me a apprentice who couldn't identify the problem let alone fix it. Brett came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 mins. On Saturday morning just gone after waking to find I had no hot water, I called Brett to have another chat about my hot water service (it is over 10 years old and on its last legs) he was very clear and concise with his questions regarding what was wrong with the unit after a short conversation Brett decided it warranted a visit and he was here within 2 hours on a SATURDAY! It was then decided I finally needed to replace the system, not only was it 40 degrees here on Saturday but it was extremely humid. Brett organised the new system, installed it then and there! and we love it, finally we are no longer running out of hot water!
