Staff is very unreliable.

I bought a cudo voucher for eye lash extensions, booked an appointment 4 weeks in advance. I turned up 5 mins prior to my appointment and was made to wait half an hour as staff was running behind. A simple text of phone call to let me know would have been nice. I had to reschedule due to work commitments, when I turned up the next time I found out that staff had gone home sick and didn't think to notify me! I will not be going back here and I strongly advise anyone who thinks about booking in with that staff. When I called to express my frustration to the beautician staff was not apologetic and didn't seem fazed that they lost a customer.
