Worst hair salon I have EVER BEEN. I would give it a minus rating if I could. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service anywhere else in my life.
To cut the long story short, I will list the following issues which I've encountered:
1. They initially quoted me service for $50, then increased it to $60, after I've confirmed with them about THREE times that what I wanted was going to cost $60, in the end they tried to charge me $95 for it.

Bought a coupon deal for them and didn't read any reviews before was too late. Was nervous they will do bad... and they didn't! I cant say that this was my best hair do ever, but with a bit of instruction from me and a lot of effort from them the result ended up good. The salon does look messy, but the staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall, the get a solid 3 star- average but no horror stories.
Purchased a voucher to use here and was thoroughly disgusted with the treatment and service I received. If I could give it negative ratings I would. I had a short bob sitting on my shoulders and just wanted a trim. They ended up chopping bits and pieces off here and there. I didn't receive an apology, but was told not to worry as it would grow back. So unimpressed. Stay away from this place at all costs.
Worst hair salon ever imaginable! The service was utterly disgusting! My wife went in for a perm (curls) which she had done previously at a nearby salon which did an amazing job. Since they changed management, we decided to try this salon.. After 6 HOURS, my wife had the same straight hair she had as she came in! The stylist then went to say that it is because her hair is 'unhealthy' dispite all the 'vitamins and treatment they said was necessary for the curls' On top of the failed attempt to curl my wife's hair, they burnt her hair leaving a very nasty smell.. They cut my hair also, and stated out the front and online that it is $20 but when we went to pay, they said it is $45 because I got it cut from a senior stylist, despite being the ONLY one in the salon... Stylist also botched my hair, leaving many areas uneven, and too short, and when I specifically told stylist NOT to use a razor, did anyway..
