I was unfortunate enough to have accumulated multiple muscular aches and pains, legs, shoulders, lower back, mainly as a result of exercise, and others related to bad posture, old age, etc. and needed to get some treatment to help me along. I arranged an appointment with Fiona who recommended remedial massage as the most appropriate treatment for my muscles, (sadly no help for the old age). This was my first time at Aquanimity, and I have to say, great ambiance to the place, the massage studios were well appointed, and the massage was just what the doctor ordered.
