One star, I would give zero if it was an option. Front desk staff are always feisty, sometimes rude. They are straightforward to the point that they make you feel stupid. They act like they are the smartest people in the world! Please learn courtesy, and value your customers! You are dealing with children and families, who all have different circumstances. Albeit you cannot cater for each and every situation please do extend some understanding and flexibility. The facilities are nice, it is a shame!
Good facilities and swim instructors, however was disappointed by the clerical (front desk) staff. When I first enrolled my daughter mid-session (3rd last swim class of a session) I was told that she will automatically get enrolled for the next session, if we joined the school as soon as possible. During the session break I asked them to confirm if the enrolment was done, but to my disbelief the clerical staff said that all classes were full and no longer taking anyone. The staff argued that the enrolment process was manual etc. and were pretty rude. Also, seems there wasnt a common understanding amongst the staff themselves. The one who signed us up said something else or possibly gave us the wrong information!. ...read more
Called to enquire about swimming lessons for my two girls, a week passed and I hadn't heard back so I called them and they said they would advise me in the following week - that was four weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. Since they don't even have the common courtesy to call back it leaves a lot to be desired about how they are running their business.
Terrible communication, expensive, no results. Our 5 year old son has attended this swim school for over a year. He doesn't know how to swim, his confidence levels have decreased to the point where he doesn't want to go to swimming, and unfortunately he doesn't even know the basics. We expressed our concerns by emailing them twice with no response. I then approached them personally and they suggested I place him in an intensive program...more money again with no guarantees. It maybe a good school for training to be a life saver for adolescents/adults however I feel its not a good swim school for teaching kids under 5 to swim, the fee's are very expensive and there are no guarantee's. One year too long, we cancelled our membership and joined another swim school that have experienced teachers, great communication, and my son is thriving.
