The job was quoted to us, and advised to be started on the 27th of August. The job began, but was never finished on that date, nor were we advised when it was to be completed. They left their equipment on our front lawn, so we expected that they would return the following day. They did return, but all they did was collect their equipment, run over our front tap, turn off our water, and leave. Below is a copy of the email i sent to my real estate agent who contracted you to cut the fallen tree on my roof.

Hi Ann, Arbor tree cutters have already done cutting the fallen tree. when the gentleman got here he asked if the black holden commodore can be moved out of the garage so he can dispose of the cut tree trunks, i informed him that the car is currently being repaired and therefor unable to move it and said that its ok for him to pile up the cut tree trunks somewhere in the corner in the back yard. We had a quote for a tree to be cut down and some sand work to be done where the root was pushing up our pavers.

THe guys who came out said they were only told about cutting down the tree and thats all they could do, despite us having in writing that the sand work was to be done as well. The guys were great and efficient, however the company owner TOny was arrogant and unapologetic as he bullied by wife on the phone. He said he was not going to do us any favours by sending someone else out to do the sand work. What favours? My wife specifically asked him to put in writing that this was going to be included. No apology, just condescending tone as if we were asking for a favour. He finally agreed to decrease the price so we could call someone else, again ,as if he was doing us a favour, rather than apologising for the inconvenience.
