Brought my van in for the RMS check. The bushes at the back were heavily worn and the bearings needed work. Luckily they were free right then and it'd only cost $1000 to fix. Yay.
I took the van to two other mechanics in Artarmon (who eventually did the RMS check) to verify it was a problem but neither could find an issue. So this Arcadia lot had just invented an expensive problem. That's disgusting.
The website seems to have edited what I wrote, but to clarify what's written above these guys *claimed* there was the listed defects but they didn't actually exist after I had it checked elsewhere.
Just called up to get a quote (just bought a new car and needs a service) and I was disgusted at how rude and obnoxious the man I was spoke to on the phone! He said he was too busy to help me and then just hung up. Really appalled at this and would not recommend anyone gives them business!
