Archaeo works closely with both propnents and with Traditional Owner Groups who require technical advice and cultural heritage services to assist with their management of Country to assist in the development of long term partnerships between proponents and Aboriginal people.

For over 20 years, we have been consistently recognised by clients, industry and peers for the provision of best practice cultural heritage management activities and outcomes.

Our experience includes:
1.20+ years' experience suitably grounded from partnering with a large number of Aboriginal groups as their technical adviser.
2. Unrivalled experience working within the Southern, Central and Northern Queensland region and Northern Rivers and surrounds (NSW);
3. A consistent provider of high level strategic and technical advice to Aboriginal native title groups - assisting in more than 100 ILUAs / CHMPs and their subsequent obligations;
4. Partnering with Aboriginal groups as their nominated service provider (employing 200+ Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Officers);
5. Demonstrated capacity to consistently deliver high quality cultural heritage outcomes for our clients (accessing services from more than 25 industry leading personnel); and
Consistently recognised by clients, industry and peers for the provision of best practice cultural heritage management activities and outcomes.
6. Substantial experience in the development and implementation of some thousands of individual cultural heritage assessments and related agreements and CHMPS for a wide variety of projects and exploration programs within Queensland.
7. Provision of an emplyment services umbrella for Traditional Owner groups, including their negotiators, coordinators and field officers, with Archaeo currently employing more than 250 casual Traditional Owner field officers. ...read more
