Sadly there is no 0 star option. This is NOT the team you want managing your property. I've been a landlord for more than twenty years and this is the worst of the worst property management service for an owner that I've ever seen. Incompetence at its best. It took me several weeks to be provided a copy of our management contract, despite asking several times. Then I had to keep asking when they were actually going to start marketing. Then... no advice of the first open. Lilly turns up there and rings me in a panic about where she can find a key. I didn't even know they had started advertising and were going to run an open. I had to leave work and dash over to open the place for her. Rather embarrassing when there were about 14 people milling about waiting to go in to inspect. Further to my previous review about how lazy and money grubbing Archer ( previously PRD) are,. They charged me quite significantly to clean the gutters of my home. I live in Queensland so i couldn't check their work.
2 months after they claimed to have cleaned my gutters i had to get a plumber in because of flooding and the drains were chock filled it looked like they had never been cleaned.
Seriously don't even think about going with them! They are lovely at first but lazy and money hungry!
Prd treat you well until they are no longer making money off you, they will try to take your bond over wear and tear and bully you into making repairs that you do not need to make. Do not rent with them

I applied for a rental property through this real estate and was completely ignored. I sent an email to enquiry about the property and mentioned my application - this was never responded to. I contacted them again to ask what was happening with my application, and they stated they didn't receive an application from me. Even though it was confirmed as being sent to them twice.Would not recommend these rude people.
