Archerfield Smash & Mechanical Repairs

Just went to Smart Capital for the 4th time because I keep finding things they have not done or not finished off. Today went there again because their website said they would be open today 29/12/16 and of course their website is not up to date and it was a waste of time because they were closed. After the 3rd update of having to go there I complained to Apia about the work not being done in one go and that they are so busy they just do not have time to pay attention to everyone's car. I note that one employee told a customer that the owner pays every employee lunch every day. They are either charging the insurance companies too much for repairs and it is a license to make money. Quality control need to be improved with this company. My daughter had the same problem and had to take the car back because of overspray.

Worst customer service ever! Booked in a job first day, told me to go find someone else to do the job next day WITHOUT apologize what so ever. Even the management tried to argue with me in front of employees when I try to make a complaint. I will never ever suggest any of my friend go there.
